The agent and potential Buyers have left, now what?
After the agents finishes up with the potential Buyer, he/she should provide you with feedback from the buyer.
What they likes, what they did not like
What the likelihood is that they would make an offer
Are they planning a second showing?
Any feedback that can assist with the next showing (for this buyer or others in the
future).
